Position: Team Lead
Job Role Description:
The prime role of the Team Lead of Compliance and Policy is to ensure that the HEIlinked regulatory procedures are adhered to in the very enabling of the onlineprogramme Management seamless across new, existing and potential clients. Thelead will be responsible to bring in work flows, policies and procedures to provideadministrative support across cross functional teams and projects. Training teams forthe necessary requirements, UGC Compliance audit and updating of all theamendments and new regulations that come into effect.
Job Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, implement and analyse compliance norms pertaining to HEIprogramme delivery -Online & ODL● Implement policies, procedures and systems to provide administrative supportto various departments duly aligned to the business requirements● Compile and analyse both internal and external information to preparecompliance audit data.● Train teams and cross functional teams on compliance and policy guidelines,requirements and standards.● Study both existing and new rules, guidelines and enforce adherence topolicies and procedures.● Stay current on industry standards by continuing education, readingnotifications, Circulars released by the regulatory authorities.● Explore new, innovative opportunities to add value to your job and the job ofeveryone in the company
Functional/Technical skills:
● Good organizational skills with sound execution competencies, client centricitywith compliance issues, SLA and process outline.
● Should be competent to drive compliance norms for existing and newprogrammes of the academic clusters for planned outcomes and identifiedobjectives.
● Should be able to drive compliance norms for prospective clients towardsapproval recognition process right from the application stage.
● Provide support and suggestions to the specific projects on a collaborativeapproach for effective completion and success towards compliance norms.
● Good communication skills in verbal and written communication
● Detail oriented and well- organized, research bent of mind and reporting skills.
● Carry the ability to foster strong relationships

● Self-motivated, dynamic and a solution providing a bent of mind and action.● Aligned with academic sense & student success attributes based on theprogramme of study, its compliances and satisfaction metrics.● Good team management skills with ability to motivate others and work alongwith them.● Positive attitude and drive to help and support the organizational needs fordesired results.● Research aptitude and drive for continuous improvement and effectiveness.
Eligibility: Master’s degree in business administration, 4 years of work experience,of which, a minimum of 2 years as relevant experience.
