A Talent Acquisition Specialist is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a companys long-term goals. They play a crucial role in ensuring that the right people are brought on board to contribute to the organizations success. Responsibilities: Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Understand the requirements for various positions within the organization. Utilize online channels (such as social platforms and professional networks) to source potential candidates. Sourcing Candidates: Build a strong talent pipeline. Interview and Selection Procedures: Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Employer Branding: Lead employer branding initiatives. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events. Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Requirements and Skills: Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role. Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
