We are seeking qualified and experienced
Intensivists / Critical Care Physicians
to join our dynamic team across multiple healthcare facilities in
South Gujarat (Bharuch to Vapi)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), managing critically ill patients, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor critically ill patients in ICU settings.
  • Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures including intubation, central line placement, and ventilator management.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Work closely with hospital staff including physicians, nurses, and specialists.
  • Lead daily ICU rounds and ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in emergency response situations and code blue management.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification:
    MD / DNB in General Medicine with a recognized fellowship in Critical Care (IDCCM / equivalent).
  • Experience:
    Minimum 2 years of post-fellowship experience in critical care or ICU settings.
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Positions available in hospitals and critical care units across
Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Navsari, Valsad, Vapi
and surrounding areas in
South Gujarat
.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: ₹1,00,000 – ₹3,00,000 per month (based on experience and location)
