- Tech Trend Awareness: Stay updated on emerging SEO technologies and tools, advocating for their integration when beneficial.
- Developer Partnership: Collaborate seamlessly with web development teams to action SEO-driven changes, focusing on website architecture, schema integration, and mobile-friendliness.
- Team Leadership: Offer mentorship and guidance to the team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) with minimum 5+ years of experience.
- Proficient in SEO tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Majestic and Moz.
- Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics & Search console etc.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress etc.
- Familiar with web development (Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript ).
- Ability to manage 0 to 1 initiatives for SEO.
- Strong understanding of keyword research and excellent analytical skills.
- Expertise in performing off-page activities and on-page optimization techniques for boosting keyword rankings.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
