Job Summary: As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of websites across search engines. You will analyze website performance, conduct keyword research, optimize content, and ensure that SEO best practices are followed to help the organization achieve higher search engine rankings and increased web traffic. Key Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic keywords and opportunities. Improve user experience (UX) on websites to increase engagement and lower bounce rates. Optimize landing pages and other site content for search engine ranking. Engage in social media and other external platforms to drive traffic and improve brand visibility. Conduct site audits to identify issues such as broken links, duplicate content, slow page speeds, and other technical SEO concerns. Ensure proper indexing of the website and resolve any crawl issues. Work closely with the content team to develop SEO-optimized content (articles, blogs, product descriptions, etc.). Optimize content for SEO best practices, ensuring keyword integration and high-quality output. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. Track the effectiveness of SEO strategies and adjust tactics based on data and performance. Conduct competitive research to identify trends, strategies, and opportunities in the SEO landscape. Develop action plans to stay ahead of competitors in search rankings. Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates (Google, Bing, etc.), and industry best practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience 2+ years as an SEO Specialist, SEO Analyst, or similar role. In-depth knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or others. Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), such as Word Press or Joomla. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java Script as it relates to SEO.
