Designation : Assistant Manager FC Operations

Reports To : FC Manager

Experience : 7 to 14 years of warehousing (QSR, Ecommerce) experience

Qualification : Any Graduate

Job Description:

1. Oder Processing:

  • Implementing operational processes (order processing).
  • Accuracy is packing and quick movement.
  • Short and excess control.
  • Stock availability and stock hygiene.
  • Control on receiving, refilling and hygiene.
  • Duty manager in absence of FC manager
  • People Management Officers and Staff

2. Dispatch and Last Mile

  • Ensure timely, accurate, efficient loading of Orders in delivery/transport vehicles as per SOP
  • Vehicle and transport management
  • Documentation and inter departmental coordination.
  • Control on accurate dispatches.
  • Ensure availability of assets.
  • Duty manager in absence of FC manager
  • People Management Officers and Staff
