We are looking for a Automation Test Engineer who will take ownership of designing, developing and maintaining robust automation frameworks and test suites. You will collaborate closely with developers, DevOps and product teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance and scalability. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented and passionate about building reliable test systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automation testing frameworks from scratch.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for UI, API and integration testing.
  • Ensure seamless integration of automation tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Perform performance, load and stress testing using tools like JMeter.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to define and validate test requirements.
  • Debug test failures, analyze logs and provide detailed defect reports.
  • Establish and drive best practices for test strategies, coverage and data management.
  • Continuously research, evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks and processes to improve testing efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in setting up and maintaining automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium or similar).
  • Strong Python scripting skills for automation and utility development.
  • Solid experience with API testing (REST, GraphQL, Postman, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g.Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.
  • Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test management tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail).
  • Excellent debugging, problem-solving and communication skills.
Good to Have
  • Experience working in VMware environments.
  • Knowledge of security testing practices.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix.
