Network Management is a global function within the Digital & Platform Services (DPS) of CIB. Network Management is responsible for managing JPMorgan’s network of Agent Banks and Financial Market Infrastructures (FMI) to meet JPMorgan’s requirements for cash and securities services for proprietary and client activities in over 100 markets. The network of providers includes banks, sub-custodians, brokers, payment systems, central counterparties, securities depositories and cheque clearing systems. Network Management has a global presence in key locations to provide market coverage and is comprised of several teams including Network Managers (NM), Network Performance Management (NPM), Network Client Consulting (NCC) and Network Services (NS). The NPM team is accountable for ensuring that service standards agreed with Agent Banks are adhered to the highest level. Their role is to partner with Operations and the Agent Bank network to ensure optimal service delivery, enhancements and to manage operational risk.

Additionally, PST would be responsible for management of the Agent Service Agreement in Thomas Murray Supplier Select and various MIS reporting.

Job responsibilities

Stakeholder Management: Building relationships within Network Management and cross LOB internal departments to ensure quality feedback is gathered and presented within a final performance scorecard in line with Corporate Third Party Oversight standards  Proactively leveraging data insights and thematic analysis to provide quality scorecard and reports Understanding of overall functions within NM and importance of the Performance Scorecard and Service Agreement towards Performance of agent banks and FMIs Creation of New Service Agreements templates and Service Agreement Ad hoc/Refreshes  Facilitating Service Agreement content changes in Supplier Select according to new business requirements and market changes Create and maintain the contacts for both internal and external users in Supplier Select Maintain strong controls and governance of the Service Agreement process and scorecard process as well as managing user entitlements Working extensively on managing MIS reporting and project execution

Required qualification, skills and capabilities:

Technical and Analytical mindset Good MS-Excel skills Knowledge of Thomas Murray Supplier Select and Survey Monkey application is an added advantage Good negotiation skills Ability to adapt to the changing environment Knowledge of automation tools Alteryx, Tableau, etc. Operational Knowledge Attention to details Team player and excellent time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment Smart thinking & quick learner, ability to challenge status quo Strong virtual team and interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication skills – comfort interacting with and presenting to senior leaders Excellent report writer and summarizer of complex issues / solutions Strong matrix management skills – ability to work through others outside of your direct span of control to get the work accomplished Strong firm-wide, cross LOB network to leverage Strong project management skills, including ability to deliver change within deadline and to a high degree of accuracy
