WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS?


Primary Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and

cold calling.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.

• Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate product

solutions.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of

sales efforts with brand objectives.

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports on sales activities and performance.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and expand network.


MUST HAVES:


● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

● 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.

● Proven experience as a Sales Officer or similar role in the Food and Beverages FMCG sector.

● Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.

● Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

● Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
