Requirements:
Has several years of experience working in a creative or event agency, in a creative leadership role
Should have plenty of experience in conceptualizing and bringing to life B2B campaigns and content (especially video and interactive content)
Should have worked on various film and video formats and genres
Experience in creatively communicating key messages to a global native-English speaking audience in industries such as technology, manufacturing, energy, etc.
Experience working with large, global B2B brands on a range of communication requirements
Can hire, mentor and build a team of amazing writers
Experienced in working closely with Art and Production departments in bringing ideas to life
Can work well under pressure and to tight timelines
Passionate about content and stays in the know about trends in campaigns and content
