Location: Sahibabad / PAN India Industry: Sanitaryware / Faucets / PTMT / Consumer Durables / Pipes & Fittings Experience Required: Minimum 3 years as Sales Head in a reputed company CTC: As per industry standards (Negotiable for the right candidate) Reporting To: Managing Director Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base (dealers/distributors/retailers/OEMs). Lead a national sales team — including zonal managers, territory heads, and field executives — with clear KPIs and targets. Establish strong distribution networks and appoint state-wise distributors and stockists. Design and implement incentive schemes, secondary sales targets, loyalty programs, and performance tracking. Monitor channel performance, collection efficiency, and market penetration. Ensure field team reporting via CRM or manual structured formats. Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to stay ahead. Work closely with marketing for campaigns, product launches, and branding activities. Forecasting, budgeting, and driving monthly/quarterly sales reviews with measurable outcomes. Coordinate with production, accounts, logistics, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience as Sales Head/GM Sales in a reputed company (Consumer Durable / Sanitaryware industry preferred). Proven track record of building channel networks and driving secondary sales. Strong leadership, team management, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and Excel-based MIS. Must be target-oriented , process-driven, and field-active.
