ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESDESIGNATION:

Business Development Assistant Manager.LOCATION:

New Delhi, East Patel Nagar.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Any Graduate preferably with an MBA or equivalent.EXPERIENCE:

Fresher – 6 MonthsREMUNERATION:

15k – 25K per month depending on experience

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS·

Any Graduate

with an MBA or equivalent

with Relevant experience is preferred.·

Minimum 6 months of experience as a Business Development Executive.·

Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the IT, Cement and Construction, Plastics, Chemicals & Fertiliser industries.·

Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals.·

Analytical mindset to assess market trends and devise strategic plans.·

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES·

Business Growth Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve goals and expand the company’s client base in the IT, Cement and Construction, Plastics, Chemicals & Fertiliser industries.·

Client Acquisition:

Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation methods. Actively pursue and acquire new clients by pitching the company’s services and presenting compelling value propositions.·

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose appropriate solutions.·

Market Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth. Analyze market data and customer feedback to refine the sales approach.·

Proposal Development : Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that align with clients' requirements.·

Negotiation:

Handle contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing profitability.
