The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Events Manager to join our team. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing high-caliber wine events that align with our vision and standards. The ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented individual with a passion for the wine industry and a track record of successfully managing similar events.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute various wine events, from intimate tastings to large-scale exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and timeline scheduling.
  • Craft engaging event themes and experiences that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand.
  • Monitor industry trends to propose innovative event ideas and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and engage target audiences.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety obligations.
  • Evaluate event performance and provide reports with insights and recommendations for future events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in event management, preferably in the wine industry or related fields.
  • Proven ability to manage all aspects of event planning, from conceptualization to execution.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adept in the latest event management technologies and social media platforms.
  • Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about wines and the wine industry.
