Job Description

Working at Keiretsu Forum Northwest puts you at the centre of innovative entrepreneurs and angel investors creating the latest technologies and products worldwide.

This position presents the right candidate with the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment comprised of our active membership association dedicated to funding our top-quality deal flow. This position is critical to the successful execution and function of the Keiretsu Forum Northwest region and will be responsible for all event-related operational details, office management and administrative support for our members and team. With over twenty events each month attended by over 400 members and guests and signature annual events with over 450 attendees, this position will ensure smooth execution and active participation and enjoyment of our members.

We are the largest and most active region within the Keiretsu Forum global investment community of accredited private equity angel investors, venture capitalists and corporate/institutional investors. Essential Functions of Assistant Event Productions

- Plan, promote and produce high-quality events that meet the goals and expectations of Keiretsu Forum members- Maintain a system of organizational excellence to ensure a smooth communication and tracking system formanaging event logistics and attendance- Track, monitor, and report on the ongoing progress of all events in the pipeline- Maintain an external presence in appropriate venues to promote Keiretsu Forum, build positivecommunity goodwill, and recruit potential presenting companies and members.- Produce complete event reports by analysing data to evaluate performance, determine success, and pinpoint areas for improvement. Create post-event reports and insights to improve future event strategies.

Tasks/Responsibilities

1. Coordination for Keiretsu Corporate Event2. Coordination of Administrative Support & Event3. Data Entry Oversight4. Member Attendance / Feedback on Events5. Event Coordination6. Organization, Coordination, Promotion and Monthly Event Productions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Finance, Economics, or other relevant field.- Excellent written and oral communication skills; Demonstrates a high level of diplomacy.- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office 365, Dropbox, and a high aptitude for technology.- Created or assisted in creating successful virtual events.- Ability to quickly build authentic relationships, and provide high-quality customer service.- Strong work ethic, hands-on, detail-oriented and success driven- Team player, ability to work cross-functionally, self-driven, motivated, and able to work under pressure.- Able to drive a project from conception to completion, not just execute an existing plan.

Compensation

Salary - 9.6 - 12 LPA
