Role Overview
We are looking for a
Technical Manager
to manage and grow our enterprise client engagements. This role is critical in ensuring delivery excellence, governance, and long-term client satisfaction. The Technical Manager will act as the
primary point of contact for enterprise clients
, overseeing technical delivery, process adherence, and client communications.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 8–12 years in software delivery/technical management, with at least 3–5 years managing enterprise clients.
  • Technical Background: Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles (preferably OTT, SaaS, or media domain). Ability to discuss architecture/design at a high level.
  • Enterprise Experience: Exposure to client environments with heavy processes, ceremonies, and governance models.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for enterprise-level client interactions (structured reporting, professional emails, steering decks).
  • Tools: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow/JIRA JSM), and standard project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage delivery pods.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled at handling escalations, managing C-level expectations, and balancing client vs. internal priorities.
