Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development or IT infrastructure, coupled with exceptional project management skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects, from initiation through delivery.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, and other departments to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve project issues and risks.
  • Ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and meet quality standards.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies (if using Agile/Scrum).
  • Manage third-party vendors or contractors when necessary.
  • Continuously evaluate project processes and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
