Engage directly with clients to understand their technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions. Communicate complex technical information clearly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.Analytics Support:

Guide customers in utilizing Ads Analytics tools effectively. Assist in interpreting data and solving issues related to campaign performance, reporting, and tracking.Syndication Support:

Work with syndication partners to resolve any technical issues related to syndicating Ads across partner networks.Collaboration:

Work closely with the engineering, product, and other support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, while also providing feedback for platform improvements.Documentation:

Create and maintain detailed documentation for common issues, troubleshooting steps, and best practices to enhance the customer support experience.Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with the latest Ads products, APIs, tools, and technologies to provide the best support to customersQualifications:Technical Skills:

Solid understanding of SOAP/REST APIs and experience troubleshooting API-related issues. Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and web-based technologies. Experience with conversion tags, tracking pixels, and web-based analytics tools. Familiarity with ad tracking, digital marketing technologies, and syndication processes is a plus.Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Customer Focus:
