About Us:
DIVA Projects is a trusted name in residential, commercial, and infrastructure development. We are looking for a Site Engineer cum Surveyor who can independently handle site execution while also carrying out surveying and leveling works with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day execution of civil works at site
  • Conduct surveying, leveling, and setting out using total station/auto level
  • Verify drawings, dimensions, and ensure alignment with site execution
  • Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams for smooth workflow
  • Support billing and BOQ verification with accurate measurements
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance at site

Requirements:

  • Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience as Site Engineer/Surveyor in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in Total Station, Auto Level, and other surveying instruments
  • Strong knowledge of civil site execution, quality control, and documentation
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Tamil & Hindi preferred

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
