About Us:

DIVA Projects is a reputed name in the construction industry, specializing in residential, commercial, industrial, warehousing, and pipeline projects. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Safety Engineer to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance across all our project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor site safety policies, procedures, and regulations in line with statutory requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments at project sites.
  • Ensure strict adherence to PPE, site protocols, and safety norms for all staff and workers.
  • Organize toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs for site teams.
  • Investigate and report any accidents or near-miss incidents with root cause analysis.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to safety reports, permits, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to enforce safety culture across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Safety).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction safety management (preferably in pipeline or infrastructure projects).
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, and Indian safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
  • Certification in safety (NEBOSH / IOSH / Diploma in Industrial Safety) preferred.

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
