The firm emphasizes building India's best data science capability, offers patient capital, rewards long-term growth within the organization, and upholds the dignity of both financial and human capital. Job Description Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting obligations applicable to Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and private equity operations in GIFT City. Participate in the design, structuring, and launch of new fund products, ensuring regulatory alignment and operational readiness. Lead the day-to-day management of the fund including investor relations, fund administration, and financial reporting. Review and approve investor documentation, offer documents, and ensure all KYC/AML norms are met. Collaborate with fund managers, legal advisors, auditors, custodians, and administrators to ensure efficient fund operations. Monitor fund performance, risk, and compliance metrics and provide regular updates to the Board. Contribute to strategic decisions regarding fundraising, portfolio management, and exit strategies. The Successful Applicant A professional qualification or post-graduate degree or post graduate diploma (minimum one year in duration) in finance, law, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital market, banking, insurance or actuarial science from a university or an institution recognised by the Central Government or any State Government or a recognised foreign university or institution or association or a CFA or a FRM from Global Association of Risk Professionals
