Your Role:

You will play an integral role in liaising with

key stakeholders

and

lead B2B sales for the assigned South Indian markets .

Location : Only candidates based out of

Bengaluru

/

Hyderabad

should apply. It will be WFH and would involve B2B sales for the South Indian region which will require local and outstation travel.This role will also offer opportunities for

international

and domestic travel.

Requirements:Successful track record in

B2B Sales

is a must. Good to have experience in the B2B K-12 sector.Minimum work experience of

3 years in B2B sales.Candidate location should be in Bengaluru / Hyderabad.

JOB DESCRIPTION:1. Lead Generation, B2B Sales and Customer Relationship Management:Generate new business leads, identify and contact decision-makers. Screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics Indian and overseas markets.Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with existing customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organizations products/services.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.Develop effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.

2. Strategic Planning and Data Analytics:Develop and implement the Sales and Marketing Strategy.Recommend new Sales Strategies based on market review and optimize return on time investment.Drive the process of planning for the growth of the Organisation, in the direction the mission and vision.Use a data driven approach to set goals to improve efficiency, increase revenue, and scale the business.

3. Market Research, Product Strategy and Quality:Coordinate sales effort with management, accounting, logistics and technical service teams.Identify product improvements or new products by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Make recommendations for improvements in the work process.Collect, evaluate and respond (as appropriate) to Client feedback.
