Role & responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor execution of all RCC works including foundations, columns, slabs, beams, shear walls, on Mivan Shuttering etc
  • Ensure adherence to structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Check formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring processes.
  • Plan and control concrete cycles to ensure timely completion of structures.
  • Manage internal and external finishing works plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, faade, etc.
  • Coordinate with design and procurement teams for material approvals and availability.
  • Ensure quality of finishes and adherence to approved mock-ups and samples.
  • Monitor contractors performance to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate civil works with MEP services (electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, HVAC).
  • Ensure civil readiness for MEP installations and avoid rework/conflicts.
  • Monitor MEP sleeves, inserts, and embedded items during civil execution.
  • Conduct joint inspections with MEP teams and resolve site clashes.
  • Plan day-to-day site activities and allocate manpower and resources accordingly.
  • Lead and guide site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure work is executed as per safety norms, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control protocols and QA/QC checklists.
  • Maintain site logs, pour cards, checklists, and inspection reports.
  • Prepare and submit daily progress reports, DPRs, and weekly updates.
