Qualifications and Skills Skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering Experience with Planning, Budgeting, Scheduling, and execution of civil works Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants Conduct quality control and ensure compliance with regulatory norms Prepare progress reports and ensure timely completion of projects Proven ability to lead and manage civil engineering projects Strong knowledge of RCC, structural design, and finishing work Proficient in Auto CAD, MS project, and civil engineering softwares Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering
