The Sales Executives will be responsible for assisting customers, answering queries, maintaining inventory, processing sales transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves organising product displays, monitoring stock levels, and supporting promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Assistance & Sales

● Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.

● Understand and note customer needs and details.

● Assist with try-ons and provide styling advice.

● Drive sales through persuasive communication and product knowledge.

● Educate customers on jewellery care and maintenance.

● Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue.

  1. Client Relationship Management

● Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.

● Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries.

● Provide after-sales service and address concerns professionally.

  1. Post-Sale Process

● Assisting the Sales Person with post-sale process.

● Client Documentation.
