We are hiring Corporate Sales Manager for a leading Chocolate Brand

Responsibilities
A Corporate Sales Manager for a leading chocolate brand with 10 years of experience will lead sales teams to achieve revenue and market share goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • *Sales Strategy and Planning:*
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity
  • Creating sales forecasts and plans
  • *Team Management:*
  • Leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets
  • Providing coaching and training to team members
  • Managing performance and addressing underperformance
  • *Customer Relationship Management:*
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • *Business Development:*
  • Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Developing and implementing strategies to expand market share
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth

Requirements

  • *Experience:* 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or food industry
  • *Skills:*
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
