We are hiring Corporate Sales Manager for a leading Chocolate Brand
Responsibilities
A Corporate Sales Manager for a leading chocolate brand with 10 years of experience will lead sales teams to achieve revenue and market share goals. Key responsibilities include:
- *Sales Strategy and Planning:*
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity
- Creating sales forecasts and plans
- *Team Management:*
- Leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets
- Providing coaching and training to team members
- Managing performance and addressing underperformance
- *Customer Relationship Management:*
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
- Negotiating contracts and agreements
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- *Business Development:*
- Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand market share
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth
Requirements
- *Experience:* 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or food industry
- *Skills:*
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
