Tekhné is a digital agency based in Mumbai and Amsterdam that creates user-focused experiences on the web. We create defining web applications across various industries, including CPG, EdTech, Travel, Ecommerce, and FinTech. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join Tekhné as a Project Manager Scrum Master. The individual will manage and deliver our technology-enabled solutions.
Role Overview:
The Project Manager Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the successful delivery of technology solutions by leading Agile practices, managing project timelines, and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and Scrum methodologies, with experience in digital studios or agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the analysis and design of technology solutions supporting delivery functions to ensure business needs are met.
- Drive the gathering of requirements using interviews, requirements workshops, surveys, business process analysis, use cases scenarios, task inquiry, and workflow analyses.
- Participate in analysis and verification of requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformance to standards.
- Collaborate with clients on the most efficient way to deliver the roadmap.
- Translate high-level requirements from clients into epics and stories for the team with clear criteria around acceptance and behavior.
- Ensure traceability of approved artifacts throughout the solution development life cycle, including specifications, design, development, testing, implementation, and defect prioritization.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure customer issues are prioritized.
- Collaborate with quality assurance resources and subject matter experts to establish the testing approach, including usability and performance needs.
- Assist quality assurance leads with the planning and review of test artifacts.
- Collaborate with other team members across Tekhné and adopt/contribute to best practices on product development.
- Facilitate clarification and active participation in defect management activities to confirm requirements and SLAs are being met.
What We Are Looking For:
To be a part of this journey, you should have an overall industry experience of 3-5 years as a Project Manager Scrum Master with a proven track record of delivering technology-enabled solutions. Prior experience working within a digital studio or agency is a must. Experience in the marketing technology space will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
Experience:
- Overall 3-5 years of total experience.
Primary Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Team player with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Understanding of the SDLC from concept to delivery.
- Experience with Teamwork.com, Atlassian software.
- Strong skills in managing expectations and communications with various stakeholders.
- Understanding of technical architecture and ability to work closely with technical teams.
Secondary Skills:
- Ability to focus on user needs and usability in product design, incorporating user feedback and usability testing into the development process.
Soft Skills:
- Managing expectations of stakeholders is a key requirement.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders and articulate technical matters in a clear and concise manner.
- Handle complex and ambiguous problems.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, utilized for user stories, product requirements, and presenting product ideas and features.
Growth Skills:
- Possesses a good work ethic; a self-starter with a desire to grow.
- Always looking for better and creative ways to get the job done.
