To help us support our growth, we’re looking for an energetic Associate Product Marketing Manager to support us in bringing great global employment solutions to the market and tell our story everywhere.


Our environment is fast-paced and exciting. We’re creating new products and solutions, enhancing our existing solutions, and incorporating ever more data and customer feedback into product development to drive growth in the business. As part of our dynamic Product Marketing team, the Associate Product Marketing Manager will play an integral part in communicating Multiplier’s value to the market and defining new ways to reach and engage target audiences.


The Associate Product Marketing Manager will gain a detailed working knowledge of how users interact with our solutions and perform primary research in our target markets to deepen the overall fact base. They will look to product managers and leaders to gain knowledge on industry dynamics and business practice trends to form a well-rounded knowledge base to communicate product value. They will also learn to be ultimately responsible for product messaging and positioning, maximized both by working closely with customers, stakeholders, engineers, and design experts. In this role, you will be the voice of the customer, working closely with your counterparts in product management while supporting a wide variety of creative activities that drive awareness, understanding, and growth across internal and external audiences.


What you get to do:


  • Work with the global product marketing team to support and execute creative, cohesive, and integrated marketing programs.
  • Work collaboratively with the product management team to develop key product stories for Multiplier.
  • Identify, prioritize, and create marketing assets, including web pages, data sheets, presentations, videos, process documentation, etc.
  • Own and develop user-friendly product content, such as product copy and a help center, that meets the needs of the target audience.
  • Create new, high-quality content such as demos, webinars, videos, blogs, and slides. We value presentation skills alongside storytelling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales enablement collaterals, campaigns, social media programs, references, and case studies.


Skills & requirements

  • A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of product, marketing or communications experience
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English
  • Prior B2B SaaS/cloud software solution experience desirable.
  • Passion for understanding customers, their problems, and their experiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with other teams across levels.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and analytical.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and accountable.
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
