CES is seeking to fill the role of IT Recruiter .


The following are the details matching our requirements for our ideal candidate:


Position: IT Recruiter

Experience: 6 Months to 1.5 Years of Recruitment Experience

Location: Vizag Hub (Work from Office)

Shift Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.

Location: Rushikonda Hill No: 2, Vizag, Andhra Pradesh (Work From Office)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Evaluate candidate profiles to ensure a strong fit for our IT requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry to effectively communicate opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our recruitment database, ensuring accurate and comprehensive candidate records.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6 Months to 1.5 Years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
  • Sourcing Skills: Proficient in Boolean search and experienced in using Naukri and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
