Notice Period: Immediate Joiners
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collect, organize and analyze HR related data from various sources including HRIS or any other tools, aggregate and report on data.
Utilize statical techniques and data visualization tools to interpret trends, patterns and correlations with the HR data
Ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of HR data by implementing data validation processes, conducting regular audits, and addressing data discrepancies or inconsistencies with the HRIS leader
Develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators, such as employee turnover rates, diversity statistics and workforce demographics or other
Providing necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Facilitating the completion of new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrolment, and other necessary documentation.
Monitoring the progress and integration of new employees, identifying any challenges and providing support as needed.
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company's culture, values, policies and procedures.
Required skills and qualifications:
Master's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
1+ years of experience in onboarding and recruitment with a proven track record of successful onboarding processes and employee retention.
Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices, HR policies and procedures, and employment laws in the Indian context.
Demonstrable understanding of Indian labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance during the onboarding process.
Strong organisational skills to manage and streamline the onboarding process efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees and establish a positive onboarding experience.
Attention to detail and organisational skills to coordinate and manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
Proficiency in using HRIS systems
Knowledge of HR analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
