Location: Jasola, Delhi

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the import/export operations, ensuring compliance with international marketing standards, particularly in African and Asian markets (e.g., Indonesia, Thailand).

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Import-Export Policies, FEMA regulations, Duty Drawback, EPCG & Advance Licenses, and RoDTEP schemes.

  • Ensure compliance with global trade agreements, managing all export-import documentation and processes.

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in target international markets.

  • Oversee ERP systems, data management in Excel, and reporting for the department.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline import/export activities. - Represent the company abroad for business development purposes.

Desired Profile

Education: Graduate, with relevant experience in international marketing.

Experience:

  • Minimum 15-20 years of experience in international marketing and export/import operations.

  • Knowledge and experience of African and Asian markets, specifically Indonesia and Thailand.

  • Proficient in export-import policies, trade agreements, and related documentation.

  • Well-versed in ERP systems, with strong Excel skills for reporting.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience in business travel abroad for international dealings is essential.

Age: 45-50 years
