New Hire Onboarding Logistics: Coordinating with hotels or accommodations to arrange rooms and also transportation for new employees.
Organizing and ensuring that meals are provided for new hires, whether through catering services or arranging reservations at restaurants.
Policy Development : Draft clear policies outlining the roles, responsibilities including guidelines for handling various tasks such as office management, record-keeping, correspondence, etc.
Experience Required:
10+ yrs of exp in Infra projects.
Should have experience of managing sites, guest houses, corporate offices.
Education Background
Graduation preferable in management field is required.
