Overview The role of aBusiness Analyst is crucial in bridging the gap between thebusiness and IT by using data analytics to assess processesdetermine requirements and deliver datadriven recommendations andreports. As a fresher the Business Analyst will play a key role inunderstanding business needs conducting thorough analysis andhelping in the development and implementation of solutions toimprove business operations and achieve organizationalgoals.Keyresponsibilities
  • Conducting marketresearch and data analysis to support strategic businessdecisions.
  • Assisting in the documentation ofbusiness processes requirements and userstories.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctionalteams to gather and analyzerequirements.
  • Supporting the development andimplementation of new processes andsystems.
  • Assisting in creating and maintainingproject documentation andreports.
  • Participating in meetings andworkshops to gather information and provideupdates.
  • Assisting in testing and qualityassurance processes to ensure deliverables meet businessrequirements.
  • Contributing to the developmentand improvement of data analysis techniques andtools.
  • Assisting in identifying opportunitiesfor process and system enhancements.
  • Learningand utilizing appropriate software and tools for data analysis andreporting.
  • Supporting the identification andresolution of project issues andrisks.
  • Collating and presenting data in a clearand concise manner.
  • Assisting in thepreparation of recommendations and presentations forstakeholders.
  • Adhering to company policies andprocedures while executingresponsibilities.
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Finance Computer Science or relatedfield.
  • Demonstrated understanding of businessanalysis principles and methodologies.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in ateam environment.
  • Knowledge of data analysistools and techniques.
  • Understanding of projectmanagement concepts and tools.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPointVisio).
  • Basic understanding of databases andSQL queries.
  • Strong attention to detail andorganizational skills.
  • Strong time managementand prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to adaptto changing priorities and multitaskeffectively.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologyis a plus.
  • Relevant internships or projects inbusiness analysis field isadvantageous.
