Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Analyse customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.
  • Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services based on customer needs.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer support or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are an advantage.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
