Roles and Responsibilities

  •  Advanced excel, with ability to effectively and efficiently manipulate and analyze data
  •  Experience of working with HR/Payroll systems and reporting tools
  •  Experience of implementing and improving HR processes of an intermediate level
  •  A sound understanding of HR processes i.e. Terms & Conditions changes, Absence, New Starters
  •  Identify data sources, gather, transform data and communicate intelligent results
  •  Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines
  •  Update and maintain HR MIS Report on timely basis.
  •  Handle queries from employees & respond within timelines.
  •  Should have strong understanding and manage statutory compliance
  •  Strong interpersonal skills and capable of communicating with individuals at all levels and from various backgrounds

Desired Candidate Profile

  •  Master’s degree in HR, Internship or similar from a recognized university.
  •  Minimum 0-1 years of experience in HR Operations
  •  Proficient usage of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  •  Should be well versed with Advanced Excel.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication
  •  Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records.
  •  Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and ad-hoc requests.
  •  Strong multi - tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  •  Strong interpersonal skills
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  •  The ability to work accurately, with good attention to details
