Business System Specialist

To fulfill Pattison Agricultures’ vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Business System Specialist - Dynamics 365 Administrator  to join our fast-paced and energetic organization working out of any of our locations . This position provides support to the organization for a variety of business applications with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Each technician needs to be technically competent, have strong information seeking and problem-solving skills, be able to communicate clearly in written and verbal forms with a variety of end-users, demonstrate an engaged and committed approach to customer service, and the ability to work productively in a team.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Provide technical support and problem resolution for Dynamics 365 Applications, CRM, ERPO, and other business applications. Work with departments to align application configuration and functions with business processes. Provide training to end-users to maximize use of business applications. Collaborate with application vendors to customize and configure systems to meet business needs. Oversee application updates, maintenance, and ensure consistent performance with minimal disruption. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and proper management of data within business applications. Creating and maintaining documentation regarding the maintenance and support of business applications. Managing and participating in IT projects as assigned.

Critical Capabilities:

Strong information seeking, troubleshooting and communication skills are required Up-to-date skills and knowledge of Dynamics 365 applications Must be willing to travel to remote store locations and provide support outside of standard business hours on an as-needed basis

Desired Experience and Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant IT experience with technical support of business applications or ERP systems, or as a part of a Help Desk function. Certifications or experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administration, CRM solutions, IT Service Management, Project Management, or Business Information Systems is an asset. Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Experience with data management to help maintain and improve data quality. Familiarity with SQL and database management is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
