You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning.You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.Required Education and Work experience / Skills:Bachelor’s degree with MBA / CA and experience in finance or a related area. Preferably CA.Experience: Total of 5 to 8 Years. Relevant 4+ Years of experience in Ops finance, Pricing / Rate negotiation & Analytics.Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skillsGeneral knowledge of financial/operational principlesA very good understanding of finance and how P&L works and cost goes to P&L.Experience developing financial analysis and BPO Pricing – Good to have. Prepare pricing for new business opportunities & negotiate the rates. Review MSAs and SOWs for new and existing clients. Working closely with CXO resources on regular basis. You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning.
