Job OverviewThe Senior SEO Executive will be responsible for managing and executing the company’s organic search strategy. The role requires a deep understanding of SEO principles, including on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, link-building strategies, and staying updated with the latest algorithm changes. You will play a crucial role in improving our website’s visibility, driving organic traffic, and ensuring high-ranking positions for targeted keywords.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy Development

:Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for various projects and campaigns to increase organic search visibility.Analyze competitors and provide actionable insights to outperform them in search rankings.

On-Page Optimization

:Conduct keyword research and integrate them strategically into the website.Optimize content, metadata (titles, descriptions), headings, and internal links to improve search rankings.Ensure site structure, URL optimization, and other on-page elements are SEO-friendly.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

:Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry leaders for SEO collaborations.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of link-building strategies using tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.

Technical SEO

:Perform regular SEO audits to identify and resolve technical issues such as site speed, crawl errors, and indexing problems.Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper implementation of SEO recommendations.Optimize website for mobile usability and ensure compliance with the latest Google algorithm updates.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

:Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics such as rankings, traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.Create and present monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.

Content SEO

:Work closely with the content marketing team to ensure SEO guidelines are met in content creation.Provide recommendations for content updates and new content development to improve keyword rankings.Optimize existing content for better search visibility and user experience.

SEO Trends & Algorithm Updates

:Stay up-to-date with SEO industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices.Implement changes quickly to align with new search engine guidelines and maintain rankings.

Team Collaboration & Training

:Work closely with marketing, development, and content teams to align SEO strategies with overall marketing objectives.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SEO executives and other team members on SEO best practices.

Requirements

Experience

: 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building.Education

: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.Tools

: Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.Skills

:Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.Ability to perform comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis.Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and HTML/CSS basics.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred QualificationsExperience in e-commerce SEO.Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, or other relevant courses.Experience working with large-scale websites and international SEO strategies.
