Sourcing the right profiles from US-specific job portals like Dice, LinkedIn and Monster and for India-specific job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.2. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to identify top talent3. Managing client relationships and understanding their hiring needs4. Utilizing ATS to streamline the recruitment process and track candidate data5. Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities6. Negotiating job offers and managing payroll processes7.
