Role : Program Lead - Post Merger Integration
Location : Bangalore
Role & Responsibilities :
Take end to end responsibility for the strategic programs right from planning, team building, schedule assignments, monitor, review, and report project status and manage program risks to ensure successful implementation of the program
Facilitate requirement gathering interviews, conduct workshops, issue clarifications, review documentation, ensure traceability, sign off by all stakeholders and own the change management to define the program requirements
Engage with program stakeholders (internal and external) to build strong relationship and be the SPOC for all program related aspects
Demonstrate industry / process knowledge to translate business requirements to system requirements and proactively perform impact analysis of changes
Proactively identify the interdependencies among teams and drives convergence across teams to deliver organizational goals
Assist in defining processes, standards, guidelines, templates that are required globally IN ORDER TO ensure consistent understanding and deployment of organizational security, privacy and Data Protection requirements
Review reports and conduct information security audits of specialized systems / solution deployments, non-standard controls / situations with respect to best practices and / or principles of security management IN ORDER TO ensure company`s information security requirements are met and suggest areas of improvement.
Collaborate with different departments and Units in a set of locations for identification and closure of the gaps in Information security IN ORDER TO ensure effective implementation of information security controls.
Create and update standards for secure connectivity IN ORDER TO ensure that the same can be used in future requirements of similar nature; provide guidance to Analyst and Engineer for responding to network architecture review requests IN ORDER TO ensure that the connections are secure
Participate in architecture review sessions to provide inputs to architecture team through framework analysis, design patterns, prototype specifications IN ORDER TO be able to create High level design specification
Lead the team for integration, system/performance testing based on integration and system test plans and supports UAT IN ORDER TO ensure defect free program/modules/system/infrastructure release
Participate in KT sessions, prepare and review system appreciation documents, understand application/system/infrastructure dependencies, perform shadow support IN ORDER TO complete transition
Build repository of team`s collective knowledge, Seek information and leverage knowledge from other projects IN ORDER TO drive higher efficiency and effectiveness and preserve organization knowledge
Provide proactive solutions for complex situations and liaison with program stakeholders to execute the program successfully
Monitor, review, and control project phases and track the deliverables
Provide periodic update to the leadership on the program and highlight the issues / risks proactively
Qualification :
MBA (preferrable from tiered b-school) / equivalent degree
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in similar domain
