Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Developer to join our team.

You will play a pivotal role in customizing and extending our CRM solution (Dynamics 365 CE) to meet the specific needs of our Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry.

You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE functionalities, development tools, and best practices to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that streamline workflows, enhance user experience, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable configurations, customizations, and integrations for Dynamics 365 CE.

- Develop and implement custom entities, solutions, fields, forms, and views to extend CRM functionalities.

- Design and build insightful dashboards, charts, and reports to provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and data visualizations.

- Create and maintain custom plugins using C# to automate complex business processes, validate data, and trigger events.

- Configure sitemaps to define user navigation and access within the CRM application.

- Design and implement workflows, dialogs, and business process flows to automate manual tasks and enforce business logic.

- Utilize the Ribbon workbench to customize the user interface and optimize user experience.

- Develop integrations with external systems using Dynamics 365 REST Builder.

- Leverage Power Apps to create low-code extensions and applications for specific business needs.

- Perform unit testing and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Provide ongoing support and user training on customized functionalities within Dynamics 365 CE.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 CE and related technologies.

Qualifications :

- 5-10 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Developer or a similar role.

- Proven experience working with Dynamics 365 CE (formerly known as Common Data Service) in an online environment.

- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE core functionalities, configuration options, and development tools (C#, CDS).

- Strong understanding of BFSI industry processes and data models.

- Experience in creating and customizing entities, solutions, fields, forms, and views.

- Proven track record of developing robust and user-friendly dashboards, charts, and reports.

- Expertise in developing custom plugins using C# for complex business logic and automation.

- Experience with sitemap configuration and user interface customization.

- Familiarity with workflows, dialogs, and business process flows development.

- Experience with Ribbon Workbench and Ribbon customizations.

- Proficient in Dynamics 365 REST Builder for API integrations.

- Hands-on experience with Power Apps.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
