The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, guiding junior team members while delivering measurable growth in organic visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new optimization opportunities.
  • Optimize website structure, content, and technical elements for maximum search performance.
  • Manage on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, including link-building campaigns.
  • Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Assign SEO tasks to team members and monitor their performance.
  • Provide guidance, training, and constructive feedback to junior SEO team members.
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithms, trends, and best practices to adapt strategies.
