Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing the dynamic website content and implementing effective strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website. Your primary focus will be on both on-page and off-page optimization, conducting audits, and implementing necessary changes to enhance overall search visibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform keyword research to identify relevant keywords and search terms that align with our target audience and business goals.
- Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and other on-page elements to improve organic rankings and click-through rates (CTR).
- Conduct regular audits of website content and technical elements to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with search engine best practices.
- Develop and implement on-page optimization strategies, including content recommendations, internal linking, and URL structure optimization.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure proper implementation of SEO recommendations, including technical optimizations such as site speed improvements and mobile optimization.
- Execute off-page optimization activities, including link building, social media engagement, content promotion, and influencer outreach to enhance the website's authority and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing regular reports on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other relevant metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, and incorporate them into the optimization strategy.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure the production of high-quality, search engine-friendly content.
- Collaborate with other marketing and web development teams to align SEO strategies with broader marketing goals and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a successful track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and social media.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and SEO tools (e.g., Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience with dynamic websites and the ability to optimize content dynamically generated from databases or content management systems (CMS).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous learning mindset and the ability to stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the SEO field.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,484.06 - ₹24,871.13 per month
