Job Description:The Senior Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our company. We are keen to have someone with a
CA qualification of 4-5 years of experience
in retail healthcare, with a preference for experience in IVF or fertility clinics. (Kindly do not apply if you do not meet this experience requirement.) This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in financial management, reporting, and compliance.
Qualifications:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant certifications.4-5 years in finance and accounting roles within retail healthcare, preferably in IVF/fertility clinics.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial practices, and regulations.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow statements.Generate and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to stakeholders, including investors.Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory standards.Create monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.Coordinate and support internal and external audits.Implement processes and maintain internal controls to protect assets and ensure accurate reporting.Support strategic financial planning and analysis to drive company growth.Contribute financial insights for business decisions and strategic initiatives.Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff.Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
