POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Social Media Manager at BharatFD, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding BharatFD's presence across key social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative campaigns, engaging audiences, and driving brand loyalty through strategic social media efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement social media strategies to increase audience reach and engagement on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
Create content and coordinate with design teams to create engaging creatives, videos, and written content tailored to platform specifics.
Execute both paid and organic campaigns to drive traffic, user acquisition, and app downloads.
Interact with followers and respond to real-time comments, messages, and trends.
Build relationships with influencers and relevant communities to amplify brand presence and voice.
Track and analyze social media metrics to generate insights and improve campaign performance.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders outlining campaign success and areas for future growth.
Serve as the face of the brand on social media, embodying its values and voice while building authentic connections with the audience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
Preference: Design Institutes like NIFTs, NIDs
EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience in social media management. Freshers with exceptional skills can also apply.
Must have a blend of wittiness, creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
SKILLS
Proven experience in crafting and executing social media strategies that are data-driven and aligned with overall business objectives. You should be able to develop strategies that resonate with the target audience and increase engagement across various platforms.
Strong experience in creating engaging, platform-specific content (text, images, videos).
Well-versed in data to drive improvements and report on the performance of our social media efforts, ensuring measurable results.
Deep understanding of how to engage with different audiences on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and newer platforms.
Incorporating current trends and tools into our social media strategy in a way that feels natural and authentic to the BharatFD brand will be key.
A strong spokesperson personality is required to leave a lasting impression on consumers, influencing their purchasing decisions through emotional connections.
