Social Media Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create and implement our social media strategies across the entire brand.Generate impactful and meaningful content on all social media platforms. It encompasses areas such as writing and editing social media posts, growing customer engagement, and supporting social media campaignsContent management across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.Execute and oversee social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.Set definite objectives and report on social media Return on Investment (ROI)Develops social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directs promotional support.Identify insights and social media trends of campaigns through data analytics.Collaborate with copywriters and multiple stakeholders such as brand teams.Monitor, engage and grow our online communities through best-practice community management.Monitor company brand consistency, customer engagement, web traffic of social media campaignsMonitor and analyze competitor social media communities and social channels
What We’re Looking For:Proven experience
: At least 2 years in social media management, preferably in the finance domain.Strong communication skills
: You can articulate ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.Attention to detail
: You notice the small things and ensure content is polished and error-free.Creative thinker
: A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box to create engaging content.Data-driven mindset
: You can analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.Hands-on experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM and managing paid social media campaigns.Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and an ability to draw insights from data to optimize performance.
