Head of Digital Marketing

Job Specification: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as Lead - Digital Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across various digital platforms. You will lead a team of digital marketers, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving results.



Key Result Areas (KRAs):


1. Increase Website Traffic and Conversions: Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic and optimize conversion rates on the company website.


2. Improve Brand Visibility and Engagement on Digital Platforms: Enhance brand presence on social media platforms and implement engaging content and advertising campaigns.


3. Enhance Customer Retention and Loyalty through Targeted Marketing Campaigns: Develop targeted campaigns and loyalty programs to retain customers and encourage repeat purchases.


4. Optimize Digital Marketing Spend to Achieve Maximum ROI: Allocate budgets effectively, monitor campaign performance, and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI.


5. Foster a Culture of Creativity, Collaboration, and Continuous Improvement within the Digital Marketing Team: Encourage innovation, collaboration, and professional development among team members.



Eligibility Criteria:


1. Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably an MBA with a specialization in Marketing.

2. Proven track record of 10-15 years in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.

4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
