Role Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing operations and drive strategic initiatives to enhance brand awareness, motivate channel influencers and effectively push sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ideating communication campaigns and executing successful marketing strategies, managing a team and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve marketing objectives.


Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand communication Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of varied marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
  2. Define and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  3. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, performance marketing, and content marketing, to drive online engagement and conversions.
  4. Plan and execute communication campaigns, both online and offline, to increase brand awareness and reach target audiences effectively.
  5. Conduct market research to identify changing consumer needs, preferences, and market trends, utilizing in-effect data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, CRM and finance, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  7. Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
  8. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, regularly analyzing results and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  9. Communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to senior management and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
  10. Design and execute on-ground events for the target customer to engage with the brand.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and inspiring teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and develop engaging marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing software, and web analytics.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends, with the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
