With bold moves and rapid growth, Sudathi is reshaping affordable ethnic fashion.We’re looking for an Social Media Manager to strengthen our presence.Job DescriptionAs an Social Media Manager at Sudathi, you’ll manage and optimize our digital storefronts the Sudathi website and quick commerce platforms. From product uploads to performance tracking, you’ll ensure our online operations run smoothly while creating strategies that maximize traffic, conversions, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, plan, and execute a strong social media calendar aligned with campaigns and launches.Strategically grow Sudathi’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Quick Commerce platforms .Lead content ideation for key launches, influencer collabs, festive moments, and real-time trends.Own end-to-end execution of posts, reels, and stories—working closely with the design and marketing teams.Track performance through analytics, optimize strategies, and drive measurable growth .Manage community engagement and ensure our voice is sharp, grounded, and impactful.What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in social media / content marketing .Strong sense of trends, storytelling, and community building.Ability to ideate fast and execute even faster.Experience in growing and managing brand pages at scale is a big plus.Bonus: Familiarity with Quick Commerce platforms, fashion, or D2C brands.What We’re Looking ForBe part of a fast-growing brand with national visibility.Work directly with the founding team.Fast-moving, creative environment that rewards ownership and bold ideas.Opportunity to shape how India experiences affordable ethnic fashion.Please Note: This role is from our Surat HQ.
