Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Personal Assistant at Navya Alliance Pvt Ltd. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to senior executives, including managing diaries, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various clerical tasks. Other day-to-day tasks include organizing and maintaining records, making travel arrangements, and acting as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficiency in Diary Management and Clerical Skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in a similar role and a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- candidate must be willing to travel PAN India .
