We are seeking an experienced "Salesforce QA" with a strong background in Commerce Cloud to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in QA/Testing, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Title : Salesforce QA (Commerce Cloud).

Experience : 5+ Years.

Employment type : Contract to Hire.

Location : Hyderabad/REMOTE.

NOTE : IMMEDIATE to max 10 days joiners are preferred.

Skillset :

- Atleast 5 Years of experience in Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Salesforce Commerce Cloud Order Management (working knowledge of order management on the core platform providing an all-inclusive view of customers, orders, returns and exchanges, inventory, products, and promotions across physical and digital channels.).

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA to join our team in Hyderabad or remotely. In this exciting contract-to-hire role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations.


You will be responsible for :


- Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans for Salesforce Commerce Cloud functionalities Identifying and reporting defects through established bug tracking systems


- Collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to resolve identified issues


- Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and best practices Contributing to the continuous improvement of our QA processes


To be successful in this role, you must have :


- 5+ years of experience in QA/Testing, with a strong focus on Salesforce In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including Order Management functionalities


- Working experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (a plus) Experience with Salesforce testing methodologies and tools (Selenium WebDriver, Salesforce Developer Console)


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


- Strong communication and collaboration skills


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team


- A passion for quality and a meticulous attention to detail.
